RHS Flower Show Tatton Park 2018

We were delighted to provide our Shire Hill Quarry Gritstone for the designers showcasing at the RHS Tatton Park Flower Show this year.

Congratulations to Dave Green who designed the very striking and futuristic ‘The Oasis Garden’ for the Future Spaces category. The show garden won the Silver-Gilt Medal, Best Future Spaces Garden and People’s Choice Show Garden. His brief was to create a courtyard garden for a set of apartments with a south facing aspect. The design featured a manmade Oasis with his futuristic mounds creating shade enabling lush, green living walls to grow. The calm and serenity within the shaded seating area along with the water feature gives a peaceful place to enjoy and escape the pressures of everyday life.
